At Beauty Evoke we specialize in providing high quality services and products to our clients.  Your business is valued and cooperation is appreciated.  We make a commitment to guarantee your appointment time and refuse all other requests after you have been booked.  We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

COVID-19  

At Beauty Evoke Spa safety is our number one concern. To better provide services, we are changing some of our procedures. Before entering the facility, we take your temperature using a touchless thermometer. We also ask if you have been exposed or in any unmasked social gatherings of more that 10 people in the last two weeks. A mask must be worn except during the treatment. Our staff will wear masks at all times and adhere to social distancing guidelines on and off the clock. At this time, we also require that no guests be permitted in the treatment room during any service or waiting in the lobby. Appointments will be spread out so we have time to thoroughly clean after each treatment. You will be required to update your client file with a Covid-19 addendum agreeing to all our updated procedures. Your information is confidential unless contact tracing is required via the Florida Health Department.

MASSAGE, SKIN CARE, LASH AND BROW 

A 24-hour cancellation notice by phone is required for any scheduled appointments including gift certificates.  We will only allow 1 missed appointment to continue scheduling your sessions.  The 1st missed appointment you will be charged the fee for the session.   Late-show to your appointment might reduce the amount of time and full payment will still be required.  Emergency cancellations, which will not be charged for, are at the manager’s discretion.  All payments for service are final and we do not refund for services rendered. Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual.  If a client expresses interest in sexual behavior, the therapist is required to terminate the session and payment will still be rendered in full.  All written records are kept confidential and will not be shared with any outside establishment, individual, organization or medical facility without written consent from you, the client or client’s legal guardian.  Unless legally required by local, state or federal subpoena, summons, court order or payment dispute.

MICROBLADING, PERMANENT MAKE UP AND TATTOO REMOVAL

A 3-day cancellation notice by phone is required for any scheduled PMU and removal appointments including gift certificates.  We will only allow 1 missed appointment to be rescheduled.  The 1st missed appointment you will be charged the retainer fee of $100.   Late-show to your appointment might reduce the amount of time and full payment will still be required.  Emergency cancellations are at the manager’s discretion. All payments for service are final and we do not refund for services rendered.  All written records and session notes are kept confidential and will not be shared with any outside establishment, individual, organization or medical facility without written consent from you, the client or client’s legal guardian.  Unless legally required by local, state or federal subpoena, summons, court order or payment dispute.

 

REFUNDS

 

Refunds are offered for products sold per manufacturers request.  Please bring back the item, with full packaging and give a reason for return.  Our policy extends to 90 days.  Afterward, no refunds will be given and products cannot be returned.  Services have a no refund policy after rendered.  If you are unhappy about a service or procedure, please speak with management and allow us the opportunity to make it right.  We value your input and try our best to uphold high quality standards. 

 

ONLINE, PUBLISHED AND VERBAL REVIEWS

 

Due to the nature of disbursement of information online, in the media and via word of mouth, we ask that all negative experiences be communicated directly to a manager before distributed in the public domain.  We want the chance to correct any problem and make it right.  Management will do a full inquiry to verify the situation and correct the outcome.  Our staff and procedures will be held to the highest standards and our intention is that every client receives the best services and products possible.  Be aware that if you distribute unfounded or incorrect information, that falls into slander and liable laws.
